Our new challenge continuing the exploration of the charm of Fukuyama's Muscat Bailey A! In 2023, we produced a rosé wine fermented and aged in barrels using new barrels imported from CAVIN. Unfortunately, due to relocation circumstances, we had to give up brewing in 2024, but we named it "Kagaribi" (Beacon Fire) to express our passion for winemaking. It means "a fire that keeps burning," symbolizing that our passion for wine will never fade. We hope you will support the revival of "Fukuyama Wine Workshop." Please enjoy the sweet flavors derived from Muscat Bailey A and the barrels.
