A blend of Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture and Alicante A from our own vineyard, finished as a rosé sparkling wine using the rural method (Méthode Rurale). Layered with the reddish feather color of the dusky thrush. The bubbles are relatively gentle, but since it contains some sediment, please chill well and let it settle before opening.
A fine and soft micro-bubbly foam with gentle, dissolving bubbles. Pale salmon pink hue. Sweetness of Delaware grapes and aroma of raspberries. Slightly sweet with a good balance of acidity, resulting in a charming sparkle with pure fruit flavors like ripe white peach.
