Aiming to create a wine you can enjoy at your daily table, this rosé is made 100% from Zweigelt grapes grown in Ishikari City, Hokkaido, crafted into a crisp and charming wine.
The color is a pale salmon pink with a slight orange tint and a sparkling shine. The aroma softly rises with violet and lilac. Among the faint scents of raspberry, yellow apple, and cherry fruits, there is also a subtle hint of coriander.
The flavor gently carries fruity notes, with soft acidity and mild umami spreading through. The finish leaves a subtle bitterness with a hint of spice.。
