This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Living with Grapes" group, who rose up to protect a vineyard in the Honzawa area of Yamagata City that was about to be abandoned. The raw materials are Delaware and Niagara grapes produced by "Friends (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F)," collectively known as (TEF). They spend their weekends working in the vineyard, protecting it, experiencing the thrill of the harvest, and the fulfillment of preserving the vineyard. Reflecting their passion, the wine underwent maceration for 40 days, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine has an orange hue, but its aroma is a charming citrus scent, and the taste is gentle—unlike the strong, astringent orange wines, it truly reflects their approach. It’s like the pleasant music flowing through the vineyard during their work: "Musique non stop." This is the sparkling wine from "TEF" (TEF no POP).
