These grapes come from our own vineyard in Sasaga, Matsumoto City, adjacent to the winery. This vineyard, historically a riverbed of the Narai River with sandy gravelly soil, is suitable for Cabernet Franc.
To bring out the character of this land, fermentation is started using the wild yeast attached to the grapes, matured for 8 months in old barrels, and then bottled.
This is a charming wine with a harmonious blend of vibrant aromas of raspberry, cassis, eucalyptus, and a balance of fruitiness and acidity.
