The grapes used are from a vineyard in the Awatere Valley (with vines aged 19 years). Although there is no BioGro certification, the vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods. After pressing the grapes, fermentation was carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks. By fermenting with cultured yeast, the wine enhances its aroma and freshness, resulting in a dry style. It has refreshing aromas of lemon, apple, and white flowers. On the palate, you can feel a crisp acidity and a harmony of various fruits such as apple and pear. With a long finish, rich fruit, and structure, this wine shows potential for long-term aging.
