Based on Steuben destemmed and fermented with skins for six days, blended with Muscat Bailey A and Merlot co-fermented, plus Niagara, Delaware, and Neo Muscat with 12 hours of skin contact. Before bottling, Delaware juice was added back to adjust sweetness, then underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle.
A rosé sparkling wine characterized by refreshing acidity and subtle tannins.
