A white wine made from Petit Manseng and Albariño grown in our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
25VT's recommended white wine.
Petit Manseng and Albariño from the same plot were vinified separately and then blended.
This time, Chardonnay was added to create a classic dry white wine.
After lightly pressing with a whole punch, fermentation was slowly promoted at a low temperature below 20 degrees.
Features a fresh aroma of green apple and the lively acidity characteristic of Petit Manseng.
A fresh, fruity white wine with a mineral sensation.
