In 2006, we started cultivating Petit Manseng.
Thanks to that, the grapevines have grown well, enduring the heat of Ashikaga while retaining delicious acidity, and we have been able to harvest fruit with a tropical atmosphere.
Please enjoy the different flavors each year.
In addition to apple, yellow peach, and pineapple, there are aromas of chamomile, fermented butter, honey, and dried apricot. On the palate, high-quality abundant acidity and firmly concentrated flavors harmonize at a high level, with a hard impression like flint and umami, followed by a long finish.
