In 2006, we began cultivating Petit Manseng.
Thanks to this, the grapevines have grown well, enduring the heat of Ashikaga while retaining delicious acidity, allowing us to harvest fruit with a tropical atmosphere.

A wine with aromas of apple, yellow peach, pineapple, chamomile, fermented butter, honey, and dried apricot. On the palate, it offers a high-quality, rich acidity and a well-concentrated flavor that harmonize at a high level, with a hard impression like flint and umami, followed by a long finish.
