Loosely pressed black grapes were fermented in barrels. Fermenting the juice in barrels rather than aging the wine in barrels results in a softer aroma.

The 2023 vintage features fruity aromas of strawberry, prune, acerola, and sweet scents of vanilla derived from the barrel.
