Loosely pressed black grapes were fermented in barrels. Fermenting the juice in barrels rather than aging the wine in barrels results in softer aromas.
Elegant and vibrant, characterized by delicate aromas and flavors. The color is a pinkish orange.
The 2023 vintage features fruity aromas of strawberry, prune, and acerola, along with sweet vanilla notes derived from the barrel.
Rich fruit flavors and sweetness spread throughout, with mild acidity and an approachable taste. This wine has a strong mineral sensation and is refreshing when chilled.
