An orange wine brewed with highly ripe Chardonnay grapes.
Using a double fermentation with basic S. cerevisiae yeast and T. delbrueckii, which is also involved in natural fermentation, fermented in parallel without added sulfur dioxide.
(*A small amount of sulfur dioxide is added during storage to prevent wine oxidation.)
Completely self-brewed since 2023.
Aroma of apricot, loquat, black tea, and honey.
A gentle and soft taste, giving the impression of a natural-style wine. (Unfiltered.)
