The 2023 vintage is the first vintage wine from Wine Farm Tochio!
This year, even in Tochio, known for heavy snowfall, the snow melted about 10 days earlier than usual, and the arrival of spring buds started earlier than usual. Although the early spring was often cold, the summer had little rain and many hot days, resulting in fruit with higher sugar content and a more concentrated flavor than usual at harvest time.
Please enjoy the taste of Tochio this year.
