Chimu Winery / Ori -Ori- 2023 (Orange) 750ml
Regular price ¥3,900No additives such as sugar, acid adjustments, or antioxidants were used at all.
In 2023, following the brewing method of "Ori," the wine was further divided into amphora and barrel aging, resulting in a well-structured orange wine that retains delicate aromas.
The Delaware grapes, lovingly grown by Mr. Iwase in Kaminoyama City, are harvested multiple times to achieve full ripeness and fermented in open tanks. After removing the skins post-extraction, it undergoes long maceration, followed by initial sealed aging, then divided into amphora and oak barrels for two aging processes before bottling.
The Delaware grapes, carefully polished and fermented over time, offer fresh fruit flavors and clear acidity. In the early release stage, it can be enjoyed chilled for a crisp taste.
As it matures, the ideal serving temperature rises, allowing you to enjoy the deep flavors of Delaware grapes.
The label design was requested with the image of the Milky Way, and it feels like two owls are perched on the moon, watching over something together. We hope everyone can enjoy imagining their own story as they drink, which will make the taste even more delightful.
