Mount Akagi, located almost in the center of Gunma Prefecture. Our own vineyard spreads across its western foothills.
Volcanic ash soil at the foot of Mount Akagi, gentle slopes, large temperature differences between day and night, and uninterrupted sunlight from sunrise to sunset—all are considered optimal conditions for wine grapes.
This wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyard located on the south side of the winery.
It has a faint barrel aroma, a sweet scent of blueberries, and earthy nuances. The texture is smooth, with a solid structure, and you can enjoy the harmony of gentle tannins with astringency and refreshing acidity, a delightful natural flavor.
This wine evokes the soil of the Akagi Plateau and the sun.
