A refreshing and gentle aroma of apple and citrus. The palate is cool and fruity, with a harmony of acidity and soft tannins, embodying the crisp Chardonnay of the snowy region.
The Chardonnay, harvested mainly from near the top of the winery's vineyard, has fruit flavors and a clean acidity reminiscent of a cool climate, giving the wine a unique taste of the snowy region.
To bring out the natural flavor and delicate, clear impression of the grapes, they were carefully pressed whole cluster and fermented and aged at medium-low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
