This is a gentle, fruity white wine with a rich aroma and flavor derived from grapes, reminiscent of muscat and candy, spreading in your mouth.
We used Portland grapes about 40 years old, grown at Kurauchi Farm in Iwamizawa City, which was the starting point for establishing the winery. Portland, a familiar table grape in Hokkaido, has a distinctive and elegant grape flavor different from other table grapes like candy, apple, or muscat.
We carefully brewed this to preserve the flavor and bring out a taste as if you were biting into a grape.
