Made with 100% Delaware grapes from Koshu City, fermented with the skins to extract pigments and flavors from the skins. Finished as an orange wine. It features the sweet aromas unique to Delaware, such as white peach, apple, and citrus, with fresh and clean fruit flavors and refreshing acidity. The bitterness characteristic of skin fermentation is suppressed.
Until last year, it was limited to the winery, but from the 2025 vintage, it will be released as a regular product.
There may be tartrate crystals at the bottom of the bottle, so please stand the bottle upright before drinking.
