Fermented at low temperatures with maceration (fermentation with skins and seeds soaked in the juice), slowly extracting pigments and aromatic components from the skins and tannins from the seeds. After fermentation, the wine is immediately transferred to barrels and aged on lees, beautifully bringing out subtle vanilla and toast aromas along with yeast-derived umami (barrel aging). This is a style of wine known as "orange wine."
A citrus-dominant aroma reminiscent of grapefruit, wrapped in sweet and floral nuances like apricot and honey, leading to a smooth mouthfeel. The rich structure and moderate tannins harmonize well, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying finish.
