Aiming to create a wine enjoyable for everyday dining, this rosé is crafted mainly from the black grape variety Seibel 13053, which is often used for red wine production.
The color is a clear, deep ruby red with a slightly reddish-black tint.
The aroma gently rises with acerola, strawberry, and pomegranate, complemented by tangerine orange and ripe lemon, with subtle hints of blackcurrant and black cherry.
The flavor centers on a crisp acidity balanced well with red and black fruits, spreading a calm and refreshing umami reminiscent of a clear late autumn morning.
Recommended pairings include smoked salmon salad with avocado and pear, herb salt koji grilled pork, hot pot with napa cabbage and chicken served with ponzu, and yuzu pepper potato salad with mackerel.
