Made from Koshu grapes grown in the well-drained Amayabara vineyard along the river in the Kamoi-dera area of Yamanashi City.
Fermented with wild yeast at around 20°C, fermentation period of 31 days.
Stored in stainless steel tanks in sur lie condition for about 6 months after fermentation, then racked and bottled.
A refreshing dry wine with a floral aroma.
