Until last year, it was mainly MBA, but this year it is mainly Merlot from Atsushi Yoshida in Kaminoyama City.
I wanted to add freshness and lightness, so just a little Neo Muscat and Steuben.
Even though the grapes are different from usual years, it always turns out with a cute, heart-throbbing image like strawberries.
In a situation where no year is ever the same, all blessings from nature are gifts.
Therefore, it is all natural that the same wine cannot be made every year. Accepting all of that,
I believe it is the winemaker's role to explore expression in their own way.
