This wine is crafted with the image of Rosato 2015, one of the first wines made in 2015. "Bis" means "encore" in Italian.
As the name suggests, this is a revival due to many encores from customers. The label is also based on the first-year FAF series label.
As a wine, it is based on table grapes like Rosario Bianco and Neo Muscat, and uses the pomace of Muscat Bailey A from Suzuki-san, familiar from the Neko series Bucci, through a "Ripasso" method where the pomace is re-soaked in other wines.
By doing so, the wine gains depth and volume, becoming more than just a refreshing white wine, with increased floral aromas and complexity.
We will continue to incorporate various traditional methods and create more appealing wines tailored to the unique qualities of each grape variety.

To maximize the characteristics of this wine, it is bottled just before the end of malolactic fermentation, aiming for a slight tingling sensation on the tongue.
Therefore, although it is not sparkling, you may feel a slight fizz on your tongue and see bubbles on the glass when poured. This is not abnormal, so please enjoy it with confidence.
