MARO Wines ferments and ages its Chardonnay 100% in stainless steel tanks each year to express the fruit flavors directly.
The 2024 vintage required a different approach to bring out the richness of the fruit, so 20% was aged in oak barrels.
Depth from restrained fruit layered with gentle spices, notes of ripe grapefruit flesh and kumquat, and a chamomile-like herbal aroma.
A medium-bodied dry style characterized by a creamy, rounded texture.
