Zattana/Zattana Cidre Kusatsuyu Shiroshi 2024 (White Sparkling) 750ml
Regular price ¥2,750A light drink with slightly lower alcohol content, characteristic of early-season crisp apples. The tartness of the crabapple (Maypole) stands out.
Uses apples harvested in early September.
Made by waiting for natural fermentation to occur without adding dry yeast after juicing.
Apple juice is added just before bottling, and the cider is finished through fermentation inside the bottle.
Carbon dioxide produced by yeast is gently dissolved, creating a soft and dry cider.
"Kusatsuyu Shiroshi" is one of the 72 micro-seasons.
Dew often seen on days when the temperature drops in the morning and evening, such as during the seasonal transition from summer to autumn. It refers to the time when the morning dew on wild grasses shines white.
