Zattana/Zattana Cidre Wild Goose Comes (Kougan Kitaru) 2024 (White Sparkling) 750ml
Regular price ¥2,750A flavor that combines the richness of Toki apples with the crisp acidity of Kogyoku apples.
Uses apples harvested in early October.
Made by waiting for natural fermentation to occur without adding dry yeast after juicing.
Apple juice is added just before bottling, and the cider is finished through fermentation inside the bottle.
Carbon dioxide produced by yeast is gently dissolved, creating a soft and dry cider.
"Kōgankitaru" is one of the 72 seasonal signs, representing the arrival of migratory birds such as wild geese in Japan.
While harvesting apples, you can hear the calls of migratory birds like swans and wild geese, and look up at the clear autumn sky. We named this cider with the hope that you will enjoy it while imagining such familiar scenes from Aomori.
