Our own Sansan Vineyard is located in the Kakizawa area of Shiojiri City, at an elevation of 840 to 864 meters, a cool and well-ventilated place ideal for grape cultivation. This wine uses 100% Chardonnay harvested from the Sansan Vineyard. It was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, with nuances of vanilla, banana, and passion fruit. It has a soft and refreshing taste, with beautifully pronounced acidity.
