Invitation to the "Japanese Wine" Tasting Event in Osaka for Restaurants

Our company, CruX Co., Ltd., is engaged in creating a framework for the sustainable development of the Japanese wine market through media, distribution, and education businesses related to Japanese wine.

Currently, in the media business, we are operating the web media "Nihon Wine.jp" and producing the industry's first documentary film "Vin Japonais (ヴァン・ジャポネ)". In the distribution business, we run a professional wholesale site "Craft Wine Shop (クラフトワインショップ)" where wineries from all over Japan can supply wines in mixed cases starting from one bottle, and we have developed "MINIVIN (ミニヴァン)" which allows customers to try various wines in mini sizes. In the education sector, we are managing the only qualification exam in the industry, the "Nihon Wine Kentei". We are promoting initiatives to create a more approachable environment for Japanese wine.

As part of this initiative, we have been regularly holding tasting events for "Japanese Wine" for restaurants starting this year.

In recent years, the improvement in the quality of Japanese wine has become a topic of discussion, and the number of people specifically purchasing Japanese wine is also increasing. However, there are already over 400 wineries across Japan, and in recent years, the number has been increasing by several dozen each year. Therefore, I believe it is not easy for restaurant staff to understand Japanese wine and propose it to customers.
We would like to make every effort to regularly hold opportunities for tasting various Japanese wines, so that restaurant staff can deepen their understanding of Japanese wine and smoothly make suggestions that allow customers visiting the restaurant to enjoy Japanese wine even more.
