Information on the "Japanese Wine" Osaka Tasting Event for Restaurants

Our company, CruX Co., Ltd., is building a system for the sustainable development of the Japanese wine market through media, distribution, and education businesses related to Japanese wine.

Currently, in the media business, we operate the web media "日本ワイン.jp", produce the industry's first documentary film "Vin Japonais", in distribution we operate the professional wholesale site "Craft Wine Shop" where you can purchase wines from wineries nationwide by the bottle, develop "MINIVIN" for trying various wines in mini sizes, and in education, we operate the industry's only certification exam "Japanese Wine Certification", promoting initiatives to create a more approachable environment for Japanese wine.

As part of this initiative, we have been regularly holding "Japanese Wine" tasting events for restaurants since this year.

In recent years, the quality improvement of Japanese wine has become a hot topic, and more people are specifically buying Japanese wine. However, with over 400 wineries nationwide and dozens more added each year, it is not easy for restaurant staff to understand and recommend Japanese wine to customers.
Our company aims to regularly hold opportunities to taste various Japanese wines so that restaurant staff can deepen their understanding of Japanese wine and smoothly propose ways for customers to enjoy Japanese wine even more.
