Our company, CruX Co., Ltd., is creating systems to ensure the sustainable development of the Japanese wine market through media, distribution, and educational businesses related to Japanese wine.

Currently, in our media business, we operate the web media "日本ワイン.jp", produce the industry's first documentary film "Vin Japonais (ヴァン・ジャポネ)", in distribution we run the professional wholesale site "Craft Wine Shop (クラフトワインショップ)" where wines from wineries nationwide can be purchased mixed from a single bottle, developed "MINIVIN (ミニヴァン)" to try various wines in mini sizes, and in education we operate the industry's only certification exam "日本ワイン検定", promoting initiatives to create a more approachable environment for Japanese wine.

As part of this activity, we regularly hold "Japanese Wine" tasting events for restaurant owners.

In recent years, the quality improvement of Japanese wine has become a hot topic, and more people are specifically buying Japanese wine. However, with over 400 wineries nationwide and dozens more added each year, it is not easy for restaurant professionals to understand and recommend Japanese wine to customers.
Our company aims to regularly hold opportunities to taste various Japanese wines so that restaurant professionals can deepen their understanding of Japanese wine and smoothly propose ways for customers to enjoy Japanese wine more when they visit.

※Due to venue space constraints, there will be two sessions, Part 1 and Part 2, each with a set capacity.
　Recruitment will end once capacity is reached, so please apply early if you wish to participate.
