Our company, CruX Inc., is building a system for the sustainable development of the Japanese wine market through media, distribution, and education businesses related to Japanese wine.

Currently, in our media business, we operate the web media "日本ワイン.jp," produce the industry's first documentary film "Vin Japonais," and in distribution, we run the professional wholesale site "Craft Wine Shop," which allows mixed orders from one bottle from wineries nationwide. We also developed "MINIVIN," which lets you try various wines in mini sizes, and in education, we operate the industry's only certification exam, the "Japanese Wine Certification," promoting initiatives to create a more approachable environment for Japanese wine.

As part of this effort, we regularly hold "Japanese Wine" tasting events for restaurants.

In recent years, the quality improvement of Japanese wine has become a hot topic, and more people are specifically seeking out Japanese wine. However, with over 400 wineries nationwide and dozens more opening each year, it is not easy for restaurant professionals to fully understand and recommend Japanese wine to their customers.
Our company aims to regularly hold opportunities to taste various Japanese wines so that restaurant professionals can deepen their understanding of Japanese wine and smoothly offer suggestions that allow their customers to enjoy Japanese wine even more.

*Due to space limitations at the venue, the event will be divided into two sessions, each with a set capacity.
　Recruitment will end once capacity is reached, so please apply early if you wish to participate.
