Made with Chardonnay from Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, on the right bank of the Chikuma River. Barrel fermented and barrel aged for 7 months using wild yeast.
Aroma of vanilla and citrus from barrel aging. The grapefruit-like citrus fruit flavors and refreshing acidity tighten the wine while gently spreading across the palate, creating a well-balanced taste.
