This is the first single-varietal Chardonnay. Thirty percent was fermented and aged in new barrels, and seventy percent in concrete tanks. It features a subtle barrel aroma and a unique texture likely derived from the concrete tanks. The elegant style combines aromas of honeyed apple and peach with a fresh fruitiness and acidity.
