Wine made from grapes grown in our own approximately 1.5-hectare vineyard overlooking Mount Iwaki, the sacred peak of Tsugaru.
In 2020, we began experimental production of sparkling wine with secondary fermentation in the bottle using Chardonnay for the first time, and achieved satisfactory quality with the 2021 vintage the following year.
The appearance is a shining straw color. Aromas of lemon and white peach fruit rise, along with complex nuances of almond and vanilla.
A mellow mouthfeel with rich fruit flavors and fresh acidity spreading throughout. A finely crafted, pleasant, and elegant wine that lingers long.
