Chardonnay and Petit Manseng from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture are co-fermented, and umami and aroma are drawn out through skin contact and low-temperature fermentation.
Also, after fermentation, it undergoes 6 months of sur lie (contact with lees) aging, adding umami and complexity.
With a gorgeous aroma of apple, pear, citrus, and herbs, it has a pleasant acidity and a firm saltiness that gives a refreshing cool sensation and rich fruit flavor.
It is a dry white wine.
