緒 [いとぐち]. We aim to establish a culture where wine is naturally part of everyday life. The name embodies meanings of potential, clue, delicacy, kindness, and beauty.
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Kerner from our own vineyard in South Shinshu, and Chardonnay from Azumino City. We perform "mash fermentation," fermenting the skins and seeds together. It has a floral aroma like yellow flowers. You can also sense nuances of ripe apple, pear, and grapefruit, creating a complex aroma. This wine has a good balance of fruitiness and acidity, with a three-dimensional taste.
