Made with 100% highly ripe Chardonnay harvested from our own vineyard, resulting in a smooth white wine.
This wine, produced after oak barrel fermentation, repeated batonnage, and about six months of sur lie aging, blends aromas of well-ripened fruit-derived citrus, herbs, and minerals with barrel-derived vanilla, nuts, and caramel, creating complexity.
A rich and full-bodied taste with a pleasant acidity, a sense of the field's potential in the abundant fruit flavors, and a balanced hint of bitterness.
