Chardonnay grapes from Yamagata Prefecture were subjected to skin contact (soaking the skins in the juice for a certain period), followed by low-temperature fermentation, carefully crafted to maximize the fruitiness.
After aging for 6 months in French wine barrels, it was bottled without heating. This elegant and delicate dry white wine features citrus aromas such as grapefruit, a refreshing herbal aroma within the acidity, and pleasant flavors of vanilla and nuts derived from the barrel.
