This is Moriga's first authentic sparkling wine.
Using Chardonnay harvested from the Yayoi vineyard in Nayoro City.
Harvested in early October and immediately pressed at the winery.
2021 was a hot summer like recent years and also a drought year, but even in the heat, the grapes retained enough acidity suitable for sparkling wine.
After bottling in the winter of 2022, secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle.
It was aged for 36 months as is, and the lees were removed in the winter of 2025.
It has a firm, tight, and exciting finish with strong acidity.
