It was brewed with 100% grapes from Hitachi Vineyard in Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
It was matured for a total of about 8 months from fermentation to aging in French oak barrels (partly fermented in tanks).
It has aromas reminiscent of vanilla and coconut, with a honey-like flavor in the mouth, refreshing acidity like lemon, and a slight bitterness.
It is recommended to enjoy it slowly at about 15-20°C without chilling it too much, savoring the aroma.
