The grapes harvested from our own vineyard in Izu are fermented and aged in barrels before being blended. It has an aroma reminiscent of cassis and berry fruits, with a moderate oak scent, and a soft mix of tannins and acidity. The complex aromas and flavors evoke a symphony created by four different types of grapes.
