A red wine made from Steuben, Delaware, and Merlot grown in Yamagata Prefecture.
Brewed using various fermentation methods and blended in spring 2023. Aging period is 8 to 9 months. 60% stainless steel tank aging, 40% amphora aging.
The taste is fresh, with a sweet and sour fruitiness and a bitterness reminiscent of green herbs. The tannins are soft, with some influence from amphorae, giving a smooth impression.
It is a "lightly rich" finish that allows you to feel the expansion of flavor towards the aftertaste.
