This red wine is made from 100% grapes produced in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The grapes harvested from the foothills of Mount Tsukuba at Beads Needs Vineyards are entrusted for fermentation. The fruit, stored at 4°C, is destemmed, crushed, and undergoes low-temperature maceration, followed by fermentation and pressing. It is then infused with 1.5g/L of oak chips for 4 weeks to impart oak flavor.
