Fattoria AL FIORE / Bianco 2023 (White) 750ml

Bianco, popular even in the flagship series among fans.
Although the grape varieties and preparation methods differ each year, it is made from these three types of grapes, combining table grapes and wine grapes.
It is one of the wines that winemaker Meguro has been continuously producing since 2017 with great affection, and every year the preparation method is upgraded aiming for a better Bianco.
From 2022, Delaware and Chardonnay are prepared in the same way as Tirol, familiar from the Neko series. During barrel aging, barrels that mature better among several barrels are selected as Bianco and blended.
The fruitiness and sharp acidity from Chardonnay. The rich body from well-ripened Delaware. And the honey-like aroma and sweetness unique to Steuben's blanc de noir style. These three elements compose the blend every year. Also, in 2023, some acacia barrels, which easily bring out floral aromas, were used. Compared to the usual Bianco, it has a slightly stronger barrel nuance, but it also has fruitiness and complexity that do not lose to it. It has probably finished as a very harmonious and rich white wine.
