A sparkling wine made by secondary fermentation in the bottle from 100% Steuben grapes grown in Tsuruta Town.
After aging in the bottle for 5 months, we performed dégorgement (the process of removing sediment collected at the bottle neck).
When poured into a glass, the fine bubbles rise like pearls. We named this elegant and gorgeous sparkling wine "Shūgen."
Shūgen means "words of celebration" or "wedding," but it also means "praying for happiness."
We deliver this Shūgen 2023 with the "happiness" of those who drink it.
