An orange maceration wine made from "Delaware" grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture, cold-macerated for 2 months (60 days).
"Muscat Bailey A" was cold-macerated for 3 months (90 days) with minimal stirring only 2 or 3 times during this period, almost left alone. By not promoting rapid sugar fermentation through stirring, more cold maceration was achieved, enhancing the transfer of skin aromas into the liquid. Before secondary fermentation in the bottle this time, lactic acid fermentation was properly conducted in the tank. This resulted in a wine with a delightful development of umami. Upon opening, you can enjoy fruity aromas and a pleasant fragrance. Please enjoy it with the coming season as "Iemaji Punch" from Yellow Magic Winery, not just a "fruit punch."
