Made with Delaware, Steuben, and Shine Muscat grapes cultivated without pesticide spraying (no Bordeaux mixture or sulfur compounds) at our own farm in Nanyo City.
After harvesting three types of grapes, we crushed the whole clusters by foot treading and fermented them in the tank.
There are also grapes that remain uncrushed by foot treading, and the preparation is done by Semi MC (Semi-Maceration Carbonic).
The usual maceration and MC characteristics are brought out by this 50-day SemiMC. After that, we added early-harvested Pink Dela orange wine and, after complete fermentation, conducted secondary fermentation in the bottle.
A wild taste with a fragrant aroma and juiciness. You can enjoy a fun and sexy "slightly sparkling wine."
Of course, even with less foam, you can still enjoy it as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both now, freshly made, and after aging.
