Yellow Magic Winery / HipHop Orange 2024 (Orange Sparkling) 750ml

Made with 100% Delaware grapes grown without pesticides (no Bordeaux mixture or sulfur compounds) in the Kanayama vineyard in Nanyo City, known for its thick-skinned Delaware. The Delaware grapes were grown with ample wind from Nanyo City after being covered with vinyl in spring. Crushed and whole clusters were alternately stacked in tanks, sealed tightly with vinyl at the top, and underwent 90 days of carbonic maceration (MC), naturally fermenting without any intervention. After pressing and completing the final fermentation, a secondary fermentation was done in the bottle. With 11% alcohol, it offers a solid drinking experience with a citrusy bitterness and sparkling bubbles, allowing you to enjoy a robust "lightly sparkling wine." The 2024 vintage is expected to have a lingering bitter fruit aftertaste. Of course, even if the bubbles diminish, it can still be enjoyed as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both freshly made and aged. Like the music genre "HipHop," the "HipHop" series naturally gives a "butt lift" feeling. I have been making "Delaware lightly sparkling dry wine" for many years, and I want to further evolve it here at "Yellow Magic Winery," so thank you for your support.
