This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Living with Grapes" group, who stood up to protect the vineyards in the Honzawa area of Yamagata City from being abandoned. The raw materials are Delaware and Niagara grapes produced by "Friends (T), Edamatsu (E), Furuuchi (F), commonly known as (TEF)." They spend their weekends working in the vineyard, protecting it, experiencing the excitement of the harvest, and the fulfillment of preserving the vineyard. Reflecting their feelings, the wine underwent maceration for 40 days, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is orange-colored but has a very cute citrus aroma and a gentle taste, unlike the strong-tannin orange wines, truly reflecting their attitude. It is like the pleasant music flowing through the vineyard during work. "Musique non stop" and "TEF" sparkling wine (TEF no POP).
