This sparkling white wine is made from fully ripe Delaware grapes slowly naturally fermented at low temperature and then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, created by three friends known as "Tomo (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F), collectively called (TEF)," who rose up to protect the vineyards in the Honzawa area of Yamagata City from being abandoned. This is their first white sparkling wine, made to let you enjoy the healthy nuances nurtured by their careful grape management directly. Please enjoy the fruity, light, and Yamagata-like acidity-rich fruit flavor. The name "BoogieWoogie" was born from the cheerful feeling of the gentle bubbles. Please enjoy this pop and casual white sparkling wine made from grapes grown by them.
