This sparkling wine is a blend of reserve wine and single vintage wine, which is rare in Japan. Therefore, it has a unique aroma and richness. The base wine for the reserve wine is Chardonnay from 2002. Every year, a portion is used for sparkling wine, and the amount used is replenished with new wine.
This is an authentic sparkling wine made by carefully undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle.
You can enjoy a rich flavor unlike any other Japanese sparkling wine and delicate bubbles unique to bottle fermentation.
