Blended several types of grapes based on Steuben. The top notes are refreshing and sweet aromas like pink grapefruit and ramune.
When you take a sip, you can feel rich fruitiness and a slight astringency, but the higher acidity cleanly flows to the back of the throat.
As in previous years, a few percent of Merlot plays a major role, and this year we added Bailey A. It is finished more juicily.
Since it is set at 2.5 atmospheres, it is unlikely to spray, but please be careful when opening.
