"Ogosso" is a Nagano dialect word meaning "delicious feast."
Like the Mori no Ongakukai, we carefully brewed a genuine cider using apples from Tatsuno Town, aiming for a casual yet authentic style.
It features fine bubbles from secondary fermentation in the bottle, similar to champagne, but with a low gas pressure for an easy-to-drink dry style. The Ogosso Cider, aged together with the yeast lees after bottle fermentation, has a rich umami flavor, but it is cloudy because the lees are not separated. If the cloudiness bothers you, stand the bottle upright in the refrigerator one week before opening to let the lees settle at the bottom, then open and pour gently into a glass.
